We sincerely believe that flowers are an essential element in keeping us and our family happy, uplifted and positive during this difficult time. People are in need of fresh flowers in order to cheer themselves up or brighten the days of their close one, that they unfortunately can't all see now.
This is why we made a decision to re-open with specific safety precautions. The safety and health of our customers and employees is of utmost importance so we are enforcing new protocols and improved safety measures in accordance with CDC recommendations.

1. Limited Capacity Walk-ins
We are currently allowing limited capacity walk-ins in our shop. However, orders can also still be placed via phone and we are offering pick-ups upon request for those who are able to order in advance. For orders, please contact us at (201)-526-4418 or info@bloomieflowers.com
2. No contact deliveries only.
All arrangements are delivered with no physical contact. All our drivers are fully complying with safety regulations and are wearing masks at all times. No doorbells or doorknobs touching. Customers will be informed about their upcoming delivery ahead of time and will be asked to provide instructions as to where deliveries should be dropped off.
3. Curbside pick-ups upon request
If you would prefer to pick up your flowers at our studio rather than get them delivered please give us a call at (201)-526-4418 before you place your order. We will take your order via phone or will send you the link for online checkout.
4. Nationwide shipping
We are expanding our online operations to ship some items nationwide! We believe this is an important step in order to bring your friends and family closer, no matter how far they are. Through our shipping service you will be able send flowers and gifts anywhere in the US, without leaving the comfort and safety of your home.
5. Flower substitutions
Despite the fact that our supply has been affected by COVID-19, we are doing our best to deliver an arrangement that represents the image on the website. However, we sometimes may substitute a missing flower with available stock
6. Refunds
Please be very cautious when placing your order as our refund policy has changed. If you cancel your order later than 12h prior to delivery, we won’t be able to issue any refunds. Also, we can’t offer any refunds or exchanges on substitution issues at the time.
We ask that you please be patient with us as we are still learning and trying to find the best way to start up again. We will keep updating our website and Instagram page to inform you of all of our delivery or pick up dates for the coming weeks.
